Whistleblowing Reports Management
We ensure the receipt, management, analysis, and processing of reports, including anonymous ones, in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and the relative national implementing law, Legislative Decree 24/2023.
Definition
The term “Whistleblower” refers to any individual who reports violations, irregularities, or unlawful acts committed against the public interest or corporate integrity to the bodies authorized to intervene.
Specifically, violations that can be reported pursuant to Legislative Decree 24/2023, the so-called “Whistleblowing Decree”, must involve behaviors, acts, or omissions that harm the public interest or the company's integrity, of which the Reporter became aware within the work context, as per Art. 3, para. 2, point a):
1) breaches of EU law (e.g. transport safety; environmental protection; consumer protection; protection of privacy and personal data, and security of network and information systems; etc.).
In this view, submitting a report (so-called “Whistleblowing”) is an act of civic responsibility through which the Whistleblower helps uncover and prevent risks and detrimental situations.
Purpose
The primary purpose of Whistleblowing is to prevent or resolve issues internally and promptly.
Maximum confidentiality is guaranteed regarding the subjects and facts reported, as well as the identity of the whistleblowers, to ensure that anyone submitting a report is not subjected to any form of retaliation.
Procedure
Reports can be submitted through a dedicated Platform—designed to guarantee the confidentiality of the reporter's identity through IT means—available at the following link:
This channel is considered preferential and suitable for ensuring, via electronic means, the confidentiality of the reporter's identity.
Reports will be managed by the company Soluzioni srls, which provides autonomous personnel and professionals specifically trained in report management.

Without prejudice to the preferential use of the provided reporting channels, in the strictly defined cases specified under Art. 6 of Legislative Decree 24 of March 10, 2023, reports may also be submitted to the competent national authority (ANAC).
